After we clearly explore the role of communication when humans organize, we then focus on several theories related to organizing. In the latter part of the course, we explore several topics that emerged from the organizing efforts of people. This list includes topics like emotion, conflict, change, leadership, technology, and the current experience of what it means to work.
Learners
Companies will receive a report detailing the student's process, research, and recommendations, and will also receive a presentation summarizing the report.

Students are capable of analyzing internal communications, hiring, and people management strategies to produce recommendations for enhancing workplace cohesion, unity, and productivity. Students are also capable of recommending a communications strategy or people management strategy for facilitating organizational change.
