We’ll connect with you as needed through virtual tools to keep the work efficient and on track.
Our student-teams bring international perspectives and experience as well as entrepreneurial, ethical and innovative thinking. They can conduct a focused analysis, deliver strategic recommendations with realistic options, and outline a road map tailored to your context—developed in consultation with you.

Learners
Project deliverables will be a final report that may include research, analysis, insights, roadmaps and recommendations. Students will also be available to present their findings in a 5-10 minute presentation and participate in one Q&A session.

Project examples
Students have a wide range of skills to complete different times of projects. Some examples include ( but are not limited to):
KPI & Success Indicator Design: The few metrics that matter, owners, and a cadence for review.
Standard Business Analyses: PESTEL; SWOT, Five Forces etc.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Mapping: Who to partner with (and why), plus a simple engagement plan.
ESG / Social Impact Snapshot: Material issues, baseline measures, and credible near-term actions.
Risk & Governance Check: Top risks, mitigations, and decision rights to keep execution on track.
As a participating organization, you can direct their research by providing particular areas of interest and context on your challenges. You'll receive unique insights from their analyses by allowing students to perform an unbiased assessment and review.
